No'ar Hadash is served by a core group of professionals,
rabbis, educators, and lay leaders from across the Reconstructionist
movement. The year-round professional staff is composed of: |
 Rabbi Jeffrey Eisenstat is the
Director of Youth and Camping for the Jewish Reconstructionist Federation,
and within this capacity he serves as director of No'ar Hadash and Camp JRF.
In his more than 25 years as a rabbi, Rabbi Jeff has served congregations and has also
run summer camps, youth programs, and family retreats. His model for Reconstructionist youth programming is being used in the formation of No'ar
Hadash.

Saposnik is the Director of No'ar Hadash. A student at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, Isaac
has many years of experience planning and running teen events across North America.

Samantha Papurt is the No'ar Hadash Program Associate, working primarily with the Western region. A graduate of Brandeis University, Samantha has been involved with Camp JRF from its first summer and brings much excitement, enthusiasm, and experience to No'ar Hadash.
